Welcome to The Press On CEO Method, a trade name of By Chloe Nails LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using www.thepressonceomethod.com (the "Website") and our related courses, memberships and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.
1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to access our Website and Services. By using our Website, you represent that you are of legal age and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Your access is for you personally and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
1.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Website for unlawful purposes. Copy, modify, or distribute any content without authorization. Upload viruses, spam, or any malicious code. Interfere with the security of the Website or other users' access.
2. Courses, Memberships & Payments
2.1 Our Programs
We offer courses that you buy once (Phase 1, Phase 2 and the Fast Track, which includes both) and Phase 3, The Press On Academy, a paid membership. The price, what each program includes and how it is billed are shown on our Website and at checkout before you pay.
2.2 Billing & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Prices are in US dollars. If you are in the United States, you may be offered a pay later option, such as Klarna, on the payment step. Pay later plans are provided by that company, subject to its approval and its terms, and you agree to repay it in full. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide at checkout. Taxes may be applied where legally required based on your billing location.
2.3 Course Delivery
Courses and memberships are delivered through our member portal at members.thepressonceomethod.com, which runs on the software platform we use to operate our Website and Services. After you pay, you receive your login details by email. To give you access, your name and email address are stored on that platform.
2.4 Membership Renewal & Cancellation
Phase 3 memberships are paid in advance for the plan you choose (monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months). Your membership renews automatically and you are charged again at the same price and for the same length of time until you cancel. The checkout shows the amount and how often you will be charged before you pay. You can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date in your member portal account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period already paid, except under the guarantee in 2.5. Cancelling a membership is separate from closing your account under section 5.
2.5 Refund Policy
Because your access starts as soon as you pay, all sales of courses (Phase 1, Phase 2 and the Fast Track) are final, and refunds are not provided except where required by law. Exception: Phase 3 memberships (The Press On Academy) include a 5 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, email [email protected]. After 5 days, Phase 3 payments are final.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, by completing your purchase you ask us to give you access straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14 day right to cancel once your access has started.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on The Press On CEO Method, including text, images, logos, and digital resources, is owned by or licensed to us and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
4.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that taking part in our programs will result in specific business success, income, or skill improvement. Results shared by students and graduates on our Website are their individual experiences and are not typical or promised; your results depend on your skills, the work you put in, your market and other factors.
4.2 General Education Only
Lessons about business setup, pricing, taxes, insurance and regulations are general education, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Wellness sessions in Phase 3 (such as fitness, nutrition or life coaching) are general education, not medical, nutrition or mental health care; check with your doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan.
4.3 Live Calls and Community
Live calls are recorded and shared with members in the portal. You can keep your camera off and use the chat instead. In community chats and groups, other members can see your name and anything you post.
4.4 Website Availability
We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time.
4.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Chloe Nails LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming. If you are a consumer living outside Wyoming, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or a US state with separate consumer laws, nothing in these Terms takes away rights your local law gives you, including any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the new Terms. The Terms in force when you paid apply to that purchase.

This website and our courses and memberships are run by By Chloe Nails LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as The Press On CEO Method ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit www.thepressonceomethod.com (the "Website") or use our courses, memberships and services (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Give Us
Your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you sign up, book a call, take our placement quiz or buy. Answers you give in our forms, such as your website or Instagram handle. Your profile and anything you post in our member portal and community chats. Messages you send us by email, Instagram or our forms. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Essential cookies and data the Website needs to work, such as your cookie choice, your login and your checkout progress. Basic visit data, such as pages viewed, browser and device type, which our website platform uses for its built in analytics. Only if you choose Accept all in our cookie banner: the Meta Pixel, described in section 3.
1.3 Information from Others
Payment confirmations from Stripe and from pay later providers such as Klarna, and information from social media platforms when you interact with our posts, messages or ads.
2. How We Use Your Information
To deliver your course or membership and run your account. To process payments, send receipts and manage renewals. To send you service messages and, where you have agreed, marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. To answer your questions and support you in the portal and on our calls. To measure and improve our Website and our advertising. To comply with the law and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows.
Service providers that run our business for us: LeadConnector (our website, checkout, email and member portal platform), Stripe (payments), pay later providers such as Klarna (only if you choose them), Zoom (live calls), Tally (placement quiz), GoKollab (our members app), Airtable (The Press On Directory), Google (the fonts on our Website, which your browser loads from Google) and our email and cloud storage tools.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if you choose Accept all in our cookie banner, the Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages of our Website you visit, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who visited. If you choose Accept essential, the Meta Pixel stays off. When you buy from us, we also send Meta your email address, name, phone number and the purchase amount through Meta's Conversions API, so Meta can tell us which ads led to a purchase. Meta uses this information under Meta's privacy policy. Some US state laws treat this kind of advertising as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can ask us to stop sending your purchase details to Meta at any time by emailing [email protected].
Legal compliance: if the law requires it or in response to a valid legal request. Business transfers: if our business is merged, sold or reorganized, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.
4. Your Rights & Choices
4.1 Everyone
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email.
4.2 European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland
We use your information to perform our contract with you (your course or membership), with your consent (the Meta Pixel and marketing emails), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Your information is stored and processed in the United States. You may withdraw consent at any time and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
4.3 United States, including California
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and "sharing". To opt out on our Website, choose Accept essential in our cookie banner; to opt out of purchase sharing, email us.
4.4 Canada
You can ask to see or correct your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
5. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure. We keep your information while you have an account or access to a course and afterwards only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for our records or as the law requires.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the Website. Advertising cookies from Meta load only if you choose Accept all in our cookie banner. To change your choice, use Cookie choices at the bottom of any page, or clear the cookies for our Website in your browser settings, and the banner will ask you again. Our Website doesn't respond to browser Do Not Track signals; your choice in our cookie banner controls the Meta Pixel.
7. Children
Our Website and Services are for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Third Party Links
Our Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
