  • Friends and family are the only people who buy your sets.
  • Someone asks the price in your DMs, you send a number, and they never write back.
  • You don't know where to start with the legal side, like registering the business and getting insurance.
  • You opened a shop once, it went quiet, and this time you want it set up properly.

"I'm proud of myself for actually completing it after years of holding off. I was too scared to start and now I wish I would've taken it more seriously from the start. But now I can say I've outgrown my fear and accomplished my goal!"

Melizza | Phase 2 graduate | @nailcode_collective

If your sets still lift or don't fit right yet, start with Phase 1.

What Phase 2 changes in your Business

Pick a part of the business to see how artists usually handle it alone and how you handle it in Phase 2.

Piecing it together alone

You look at what other artists charge and pick a number close to theirs.

Inside Phase 2

In Step 6 you work out every price from your time and your supply costs, and you send Chloe your numbers if anything feels off.

Piecing it together alone

You find out about registering and insurance after the orders start, or when something goes wrong.

Inside Phase 2

In Step 1 you register the business, set up insurance and taxes and open a separate bank account before your shop goes live.

"Insurances, registering as self employed, shipping tariffs, regulations. Things I wouldn't have known I needed to do without this course."

Brydie | Phase 2 graduate | @paintedbybrydie

Piecing it together alone

Orders come through your DMs, and you keep every size and payment straight in your head.

Inside Phase 2

In Steps 2 and 3 you build a shop where a new customer can order, size, apply and remove a set without messaging you.

Piecing it together alone

You post your sets and hope someone new sees them.

Inside Phase 2

In Step 4 you plan the weeks before launch, open a waitlist and ask Chloe to look at your plan before you set the date.

Piecing it together alone

You search YouTube late at night for answers that weren't made for press ons.

Inside Phase 2

You bring your questions to a live call with Chloe nearly every Sunday, or ask them in the Phase 2 chats the same day.

We can't promise you what you'll earn, and we never will. You build every piece yourself, in order, with Chloe checking your work.

"The biggest lesson I learned during this course was how to do one thing at a time. I tend to do too much at once and then get overwhelmed. This course helped me stay on track."

"My favorite part about this course was the depth of all the lessons. The fact that everything was broken down and it was easy to understand. Also, the ability to reach out with any questions or concerns. Chloe showed genuine interest in my success."

Questions people ask before they Enroll

"As a woman in her 60s, I'm here to tell you there's no such thing as too old, too young, or too late."

Renee | Honeybae Nailz | Phase 2 graduate | @honeybae_nailz
Do I have to take Phase 1 first?

No. If your sets already look and last the way you want, you can start with Phase 2. If they still lift or don't fit right, Phase 1 is the place to start.

How long does it take to launch?

A new step opens every week, so nobody launches before week 8. Most of our students launch somewhere between week 12 and week 16, and the Launch Timeline plans for about week 16. Your access never expires.

How much time will it take each week?

That depends on the step and on your week. Steps 3 and 4 take the longest, so plan a little more time for those. If a step runs long, you move your launch date instead of skipping the work, and the Timeline shows you how.

What kind of support do I get?

You get four live calls a month with Chloe: the Monthly Kick Off and the Recap with every phase, and two Phase 2 Group Meetings. Chloe and the team are in the Phase 2 chats in your portal every day, every step ends with a check in and an assessment, and Chloe looks at your website and your launch plan before you open.

Is there a payment plan?

If you're in the US, yes, and you choose it at checkout. Outside the US it's one payment in US dollars for now.

Can I join from outside the US?

Yes. Everything is online and taught in English, and the Method has trained 1,500 artists across 40+ countries. The legal lessons use US examples, so you look up the rules where you live and bring anything you're unsure about to Chloe.

What isn't included?

Phase 2 teaches you to build everything yourself. We don't design your brand, build your shop, write your posts or send your emails for you, because you'll be running all of it after launch.

I've already launched and it didn't work. Is Phase 2 for me?

Yes. You go through the steps in order, fix the parts that weren't set up properly and relaunch with Chloe and the community behind you. A relaunch gets the same time to build an audience as a first launch.

What happens after I launch?

You get your certificate of excellency when you finish Phase 2, and your first Phase 3 subscription is 50% off if you want to keep growing with weekly calls and new lessons.

Chloe Pascarella, founder and lead educator of The Press On CEO Method

A message from your Mentor

When I started By Chloe Nails in February 2021, I had a social media page and some nails. Orders came through my DMs, and for a long time I worked much longer hours than I should have.

For about two years, every time I saw business help for press on artists, I asked myself why I'd ever pay for that. So I did it the long way, and I'm sure I could have built my business in half the time if someone had put the steps in front of me in order.

Phase 2 gives you those steps in order. I'm on the live calls with you every month and in the Phase 2 chats every day, and I'll tell you straight when something you send me isn't ready yet. There's no prize for finishing faster, so ask me things the day they come up, because I can't read your mind.

I can't wait to see your launch day.
