Chloe Pascarella
Chloe leads every phase of the Method and hosts its live calls. She started By Chloe Nails in 2021 and has made more than 7,500 sets by hand since.
About Chloe Pascarella, in her words
I’m Chloe Pascarella, the founder of The Press On CEO Method and the luxury press on nail brand By Chloe Nails. I started By Chloe Nails in February 2021, after I lost my job and decided to build a business for myself. I had no formal training at the time, so I taught myself everything through research, practice, and a lot of trial and error. What began as a small independent venture quickly grew into an international luxury press on nail brand serving clients around the world. Since launching By Chloe Nails, I’ve created more than 7,500 custom nail sets, known for their refined, natural aesthetic and durable soft gel construction.
As the press on industry began growing rapidly, I noticed that so many artists had incredible talent but very little guidance on how to turn that talent into a real, sustainable business, and that is why I created The Press On CEO Method. My goal was to build the kind of platform I wish had existed when I started, a place where artists could learn the technical side of press on nails and also how to build a strong brand, attract the right clients and run a business that supports their life.
Since July 2022, I’ve had the privilege of helping 1,500 nail artists across more than 40 countries improve their skills and grow their businesses through The Press On CEO Method.
I believe nail artists deserve creative careers that are financially rewarding and last for the long run. My work focuses on helping artists build efficient systems, protect their health as professionals and run businesses that make them proud.
Originally I launched my business in New York City, and in 2024 I relocated to Milan, Italy, where I continue to run my companies and mentor artists from all over the world. Nothing makes me prouder than watching the artists inside this community grow into confident business owners and leaders within the industry.
